Eligibility to Enroll

REQUIREMENTS

To be eligible to enroll, your children must be 6 weeks to 5 years of age.

• A completed admissions form 

• Current immunization record

• Photo copy of parent identification

• Completed Emergency contact form

• Registration Fee 

• Deposit equivalent to one week of tuition
